놀란스가 79년에 발표한 두 번째 앨범 수록곡인 'I'm In the Mood for Dancing'는 당시 유행하던 디스코풍에 락적인 요소를 가미한 락 앤 댄스곡으로 경쾌한 멜로디와 다이나믹한 템포가 잘 어우러진 놀란스의 최고의 히트곡으로 놀란스를 세계적인 톱스타의 반열에 올려놓은 유명한 곡이다.
